Indianapolis Indiana Wedding PhotographerWill it be you taking the wedding pictures?Yes, I am the one who takes the wedding pictures. Upon request, a second photographer can be available. Samples of my work can be seen in the "Gallery" section on my website, however more examples will be available for you at our first meeting. Do you shoot candids or posed?I shoot candids and posed. We will spend one hour for formals and at least half an hour for portraits. In the portraits time you can have me directing you, you can just pose natural or both. The goal is to steal some moments alone so you can be natural and really enjoy a little time with your new husband - I try to make these moments privates and intimate. How many pictures do you shoot? During the event, I shoot non-stop capturing all the moments of your wedding even those special ones you do not see. The number of the formals depends on the size of your families and how many "must-do" pictures you want. A five hours event averages 700 to 1000 pictures. Are you familiar with the location of my wedding? For each event I visit the location in advance, I am also present at the rehearsal for final adjustments. I also get as much information from your officiant regarding restrictions or recommendations during the ceremony. I scout every place for your outdoor shoots in order to find the best background and the best light. Do you require a deposit? Yes. Locking a date for your event is based upon signing the contract along with the deposit. The rest of the payment is due the day of the wedding. When will I receive my wedding pictures?Post processing takes time. I do not release unedited pictures. It is the look and feel of the final product that make my work unique and special. This is why you chose me rather than one of the guests with a good camera. The average time is 3-4 weeks. Do you have a backup photographer?Yes, I have backup photographers to cover any circumstances. Indianapolis Indiana Wedding Photographer |
